Fab Flea Market finds...
Admittedly Halloween is over, so these little treasures will have to wait for the party I want to have next year, but I thought I would post them anyway.
I didn't get a whole lot at the Flea this week.... but this set of knives was such a deal I couldn't pass them up. Real antlers and everything. Makes me miss my cabin a bit..*sniff*

1 Thousand
Today I hit 1 thousand sales on Etsy. That's pretty cool...since I really only do it when I am in the mood. It helped pay for my Europe trip, and now I will start saving for the next one.
Still, nothing compares to what my buddy Bunny did, which is give birth and raise two beautiful girls, AND remain the COOLEST girlfriend ever. Bun, you ROCK.

It's Spooky Season!
I haven't really gotten into Halloween for a long time. I don't know why, but that seems to have changed. I am craving a little scary stuff....and I love that there are scary movies on all this month.
I could have a Halloween Party! But, it's a little late.
(and why does my house have to be so small?)
Lately it seems there is cool spooky stuff everywhere. I am going to have a party one of these days, and I just couldn't resist these little treasures...in preparation of the "Spooky Someday Party' How about these great salad tongs?? From Target, only $9!
They make pretty good back scratchers too. LOL
Here's another wierd item I couldn't pass up. I thought it could be 'creepy-fied' pretty easily. I started...but it isn't done. $5 at an estate sale. LOL
I think at some point I will have to have a party, even if it is a smallish one. :0)

Do you feel like I do?
I had to repost this from one of my favorite blogs, "A Gift Wrapped Life "
She just got back from Paris too and had this to say;
"My body clock is all wacked out but I am home. I walked in the door, hit the shower and hit the pillow with wet hair and that is all I remember about last night. I have totally given in to this 1st day of jet lag, been back to bed twice before 3:00pm. "
OH MAN do I know how she feels.
(and I bet she didn't miss HER flight home like I did.)
Three days in Paris just doesn't cut it. I vow that I will spend at LEAST a week, if not more from now on. Switzerland was charming, but too expensive. London was also fun, but for my money, Paris and Venice were far and beyond the best.
I already miss the coffee and the croissants..it's cruel to leave Paris, LOL.

at long last....
Off I go to Europe!
(well, barring any natural disaters anyway)
Packing is always a hard thing, as I'd like to take this much stuff:
So I will do my best to pare down 3 weeks worth of junk into a carry on and a duffle. I always get really nervous before a trip, but once I step onto the plane, all the anxiety turns into excitement. I cannot wait to get there and start experiencing everything.
